Dream evening

I've always loved Angela Gheorghiu's interpretation of Floria Tosca, the diva at the centre of the opera, but only from CDs and TV broadcasts. I've tried to see her in this role several times, but she's been ill or whatever.

Tonight I'm trying again. Covent Garden, Balcony seat (restricted view, I'm not made of money). Wish me luck.

I've had a lovely day, lunch with another opera enthusiast, and a few sale bargains.
