Party weekend part I

The other photos were even more out of focus. And there weren't very many to choose from as I spent a lot of time drinking, chatting and eating and forgot about things like photos. A parent in Anna's class is the local vicar and one of the perks of that particular job seems to be what passes around here as a field of a garden. And they very kindly opened it up to all the families in the class for an end of term party. Lots of fun and food, a treasure hunt for the kids and Carl oddly wangling himself an invite to a local Men's Church Society. He's very much hoping that as they meet in the local pub all that will be required of him is the ability to drink beer.

Now back home for more nursing of the cold before facing the Street Party tomorrow.
