5th annual street party

I am so fuelled with street party love right now. Oh, okay and a fair bit of rose. What an afternoon. Glorious heat wave, Murray winning and all spent outdoors eating and drinking with lots of lovely folk from our fabulous road. The general consensus seems to be we should move to a Saturday for next year as it felt so wrong dragging the kids in when they were having so much fun running up and down the closed road.

There was other stuff today, like my second Bikram yoga class which was distinctly more enjoyable than the first. But all that really counts is the street party and the joy of living in a proper community.
