Medicine

Woke up with a slight cold that has steadily turned itself into a full blown cliche of a cold complete with runny nose, shivers and proper sneezing. The sneezes are so perfect if it were one of the kids I'd think they were faking it.

Anyway, I haven't really seen Carl all week do I wasn't going to let a comedy cold get in the way of our lunch out. I went for the medicating with alcohol approach which provided a short term distraction but had worn off now so I am tucked up in bed with tea and chocolate and night nurse. It had better be gone in the morning.
