A bottle of Buckie please

Dartmoor is a bit of an optimistic visit for children

of an average age of 6. So we got to Buckfast which

only the Scots can fully comprehend. Well maybe

only the Scots have the particular understanding weird connection between Benedictine monks and alcohol related delinquency.

A beautiful calm place is Buckfast Abbey, we are always attracted to churches and places of worship, a calming relaxing experience.

In the late afternoon we picked up eldest's Godmother from Totnes, a town so small it is inconceivable that someone trying to get to the train station get lost, but somehow, I did just that.

More rain ....
