Boxing Day Lunch

We drove over to Warrington today to go out for lunch with Alan's mum and dad, and mum came along too. We had a carvery which was really good and at 8pm I'm still stuffed!

We also called to see Rachel & Scott's new house. It's a new-build and they only got the keys on Monday so decided not to attempt to move in before Christmas. Their furniture was picked up from storage on Tuesday and they had new things delivered on Weds, so today is their first official day. It's a really nice family home and I think they'll be very happy there.

We're now having a relaxing evening and have just watched the Downton Abbey finale, which was excellent, but I won't ruin it for anyone.
