A bright day with heavy showers, including a hail storm as I walked over the fields this afternoon!

Another day of organising and good progress. Kind and thoughtful messages arrive from friends and family.

These pretty lights are on display at a local restaurant. It was full of people enjoying a Christmas Eve drink. I particularly miss Mum tonight - this is a time for family and I have happy memories of us gathered for Christmas Eve dinner enjoying food, drink, conversation and laughter.

I wish you all a happy Christmas and send you my thanks for all your thoughtful and kind words over these past few days. They are very much appreciated.
