Monday Sunrise

 Started the day with a trip to the GP. My bloods came back and my 'T3' tablet is playing havoc with my thyroid. He is going to speak to the psychiatrist to get advice where to go from here.

Along to work where my anxiety crept up and up. The noise became too much, I was getting irritated and needed to escape. Several times I went to the toilet to get out and to self harm. It has been an awful day to get through. Tomorrow is the Christmas Party where we have 60 children coming. I am dreading the noise and the chaos of it all.

But tomorrow we finish at 2.45 for 2wks. Mixed feelings about it.
