Gone in the blink of an eye…

It’s been another of those gone-in-the-blink-of-an-eye-without-having-achieved-very-much days!

Today’s highlight was a visit to the Doc, though I did manage to pick up a couple of Christmas presents while waiting for my prescription! I bet your mind is boggling now as to what sort of presents they are!!

It’s been a day of heavy, stormy rain, but late this afternoon the sun managed to find a chink in the grey sky and lit up the clouds as they sailed behind our Horse Chestnut Tree. Just like my day, these sunny highlights were gone in the blink of an eye…
