Charlotte

Look who came to visit me this morning -  Kate and Charlotte, aka Miss Piggy; aka Lady Charlotte Beagledad.  She's 2 months old now and I was amazed at the size of her, she's nearly as big as the boys!  

She was a bit nervous when she arrived as it was the first outing without her mum and dad and she scurried under the log basket to hide and growled at the boys.  But after a play in the garden, they were soon the best of friends.

I had an appointment with a new dog groomer this afternoon so Kate stayed until lunch time, but soon after she left I had a text cancelling the appointment.  I'm not very impressed as it's the second time it's been changed, and the girl never answers her phone and takes a few days to respond to emails, so my instinct is to go elsewhere.

I didn't want to speak to soon this morning, but I was starting to feel a little better, however as the day's gone on, I'm feeling very achy again and I've contacted a lady who's coming round tonight to give me a Reiki treatment.  I've heard it's very good and is commonly used as an alternative therapy for people undergoing chemotherapy, and when I called her she was just finishing an article she was writing on Reiki and Chemotherapy.  I'll let you know how it goes!
