Reiki Magic

Well the reiki seems to have worked and the pain from my back has finally gone! I'm still not 100% and have a few other aches and pains, but compared to how I've been for the last week, I feel on top of the world! I was able to enjoy a lunch date with my friend Barbara at the marina which was nice and then did a food shop before heading home.

Lisa Jane the Reiki Master called to see how I've got on, and said she can 'send' me some more reiki tonight to try and get rid of the final aches and pains. So now it's feet up and a relaxing night, awaiting the reiki to work its magic :-)
