Monday Outlook 30/11/15

December tomorrow. Already?  Only a few more of these Monday Outlooks to go now then.

Today dawned as slight improvement on the past few days, which have been extremely windy and very wet indeed. Sleep is difficult when a Westerly gale hurls large hailstones at one's bedroom window all night long.

The improvement did not last for long and as soon as the rubbish was out and I had snapped a few shots, the rain and hail began once more and chased me indoors again.

I am pretty much hibernating - knitting, watching films, listening to audio books and planning our winter feasting for Mr L's birthday on the 17th Dec and our wedding anniversary on the 31st. This last task is made difficult by the lack of a weather window to allow us a trip to town. The Met Office tell us that the current weather pattern is set in now for the foreseeable future.

Knitting is going well but not proving to be very photogenic.
