Keeping the Doctor away

New scales delivered this week will soon be in use to keep an eye on our nutrition. The Situ scale is a marvellous thing. I have been waiting for the Android app to come out so that I might have a Situ. Now Mr L has splashed out on an iPad and a Situ for me. It's going to make our Fast days a lot easier to handle. I hope to get a grip on my sugars and cholesterol levels too.

The iPad is amazing - I think. I'll let you know once we can actually charge it up. Mr L bought a refurb and it arrived without the Lightning cable. One is en-route to us. In the meantime I am  enjoying my food whilst innocence can be maintained. 

That there apple is doing double duty as metaphor today ;-)
