Full-bodied Red

This is definitely a 'work in progress'.  The glass and bottle were not too complicated to sort out but the right smoke is crucial.  I may need to create quite a few more images of that to get the right ones!

I have learned a lot during the hours of creating this particular image so that's a great benefit.

First efforts with new compact camera are excellent - it has great promise (it ought to at that price) and I now need to become thoroughly familiar with its controls.  Extra is some lichen on a fence rail taken with the new compact.  Great depth of field possible!
