Yellow

I always love it when there are fresh flowers in the house. I love it more when I haven't had to buy them. I love it even more when they're yellow roses.

Today has been, as expected, a bit frustrating. I've got lots to do but had to spend a big chunk of the day with our YFC rep. I made the most of it by having a burrito for lunch which kind of made up for having to sit and chat for hours.

Had a brief but very fun and entertaining planning sesh with the team when I got back. Giggles aplenty.

Managed a quick run after work (where strava failed to record what was defo going to be a PB) and then had a lovely dinner with CS and SS.

I think I'd be happy to spend my days running and cooking.
