Remembrance

Took some time today to pray for Aleppo and Mosul today at St. Julian's. I feel so ignorant about Syria and Iraq but the whole building was full of information and pointers for prayer, which was incredibly helpful. As we were encouraged to pray for refugees there was a visual reminder of some basics under a tarpaulin: a reminder that people have left jobs, homes, belongings, families, friends, hopes and dreams behind.
