We both had a better nights sleep, my throat hasn't flared up at all today, so here's hoping that's the end of it!!

We had a lovely 5 hour amble right along the seafront, gorgeous prawn salad for lunch, and a sneaky G&T around 4ish, how naughty is that ;-)

We are actually having a night in tonight, just watched Strictly and now on to X Factor, how sad are we!! Hub has just popped down to the bar to pick up our take away, ha I g opens a bottle of fizz first :-)
