Chilli Day ;-)

Woke up to a little frost first thing, not too bad though, although it has been quite chilly today.

We decided to go and do a bit of "C" shopping today, so hub and I took the bus into Wigan, which made a nice change. I haven't been into Wigan much at all since I retired 4 years ago!

Got a few things for the granddaughters, oh, and hub bought me a lovely handbag :-) and I bought him a jacket ;-). Still need a few more things but not doing too badly overall. We had a baguette and a coffee for lunch, very nice.....something light for dinner, might even be pea and ham soup ;-)

Once we got home hub went up into the loft as I needed to check the "C" cards situation as I tend to buy some in the January sales, put them away then forget, and buy more!!. Anyhoooo, don't need any, just "special" family ones :-)

I hadn't had chance to take any photos during daylight hours but noticed today's Mono Monday twist is "hot" ......... so a quick nip into the greenhouse, picked a few chillis and hey presto!! I must admit the image looks better with the bright red chillis on the black sparkly marble island top, but that would defeat the object!!

I haven't had much time with my camera recently, I have an urge for a photography day, hope to put that right soon!!
