New Shoes

Today I am wearing shoes which are neither crocs nor uggs. This is noteworthy in itself.
However it is even more noteworthy because I actually bought them here in Japan and they were designed for females!
For some reason the only women's shoes on sale in regular shoes stores for my size 7 (UK) feet, if any are available at all, ressemble something Minnie Mouse might wear. Apparently if you have feet bigger than size 5 you must be a freak who is not interested in fashion or has a fetish for sensible shoes..which is why I end up in Crocs and Uggs most of the year.
So to be able to buy 2 pairs of shoes I like in Japsn in one day, and for less than ¥20,000 was quite a special day!
Of course, now I've found a shop that sells shoes I like, I find ut that they are having their closing down sale. Typical !
