Museums

Mark's choice of destination today, so we headed out to the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, which is Paris's science museum. Lots of great exhibits/interactive activities as you'd expect from a science museum. But the favourite of the day was the planetarium and their 360 degree show which took us on a thrilling journey to the outer reaches of the universe.

On the way back we stopped off at the Louvre. Not to go in... the queues were still amazingly long at the end of the day!

Amy and I did go into the Musée de la Mode et du Textile though. It's part of the Louvre museum but as its being renovated, there was only one exhibition on, so no queues! It was an exhibition about Korean Fashion - very interesting as a knew very little about it.

A day of knowledge... very enjoyable.
