Kaffe Fassett colours

For any knitters out there - you'll probably know of Kaffe Fassett and his extraordinary talent with knitting patterns and colours. The autumnal forests of golden larches and deep green pines and spruces have been following one of his palettes.

It smells gorgeous too. 

Today we followed the long Hochrindl panonramaweg in the cloud, which then gradually broke up to reveal the speckled landscapes around us. We climbed up to the Speikkofel (2270m - one of the Gurktaler chain). It got a bit snowy for our summer gear at the very top.
