Heriots at Hallowe'en....

An early start to get everything fed this morning,then off to watch Little Miss play hockey at Goldenacre against George Heriots.
It will be 30 odd years since I last went through these gates when I was at school.
Little Miss was" fair chuffed" as she scored 2 goals and helped her team win.
Spent the afternoon filling barley into a drying bin,in between watching the All Blacks win against Australia,and helping carve pumpkin and turnip lanterns. They are all away down to the village guising tonight,so telly on,beer in hand and Lab at feet. What more could a man ask for !
