Time passing

The clock ticked on but the delivery of three cubic metres of gravel that was supposed to arrive today did not arrive.  Apparently the lorry broke down.  That rather messed up the day butI have rearranged the job with my neighbour for tomorrow. I took the opportunity to deliver this clock to a French acquaintance. It soon gets around the work I do and so I get asked to do odd jobs in France. This is a particularly fine Art Deco striking garniture set circa 1920 and was a pleasure to work on.
