Watched

I was outside this morning raking all the mulch off the driveway and lawn that the birds had been spreading, when I heard the sound of the quail, and looked up to see him sitting on top of the fence checking out what I was up to. There are a large number around now, and they do play havoc with the garden, but they really are such beautiful birds.

Off to committee meeting tonight, so an early blip. Thanks everyone for your comments on yesterdays tulips.
