Tree Nymphs

This morning I visited the Butterfly Rainforest at the Florida Museum of Natural History, here in beautiful Gainesville, FL. I only spent about 30 minutes with the butterflies but emerged with my soul refreshed and my heart joyous! Butterflies can do that for you :) These two are Tree Nymphs, Idea leuconoe. Not only are these Nymphs delicate and fascinating to watch...but I just love their name! 'Extras' today are a Malachite Butterfly, Siproeta stelenes and a White Morpho, Morpho polyphemus.
