Ulva

We had a lovely evening with the Treshnishes yesterday - thank you.

Today we went to the Isle of Ulva. A strong north-westerly blew but out of the wind and in the sun it was positively warm. A brilliant island with a very co-operative otter (see extra). We finished up at the Boathouse having a half lobster each and very reasonable it was.

The photo is the little bay on the south side of the island where we watched the otter fishing and climbing out on the rocks.

I plan to write a comparison of the two Isles of Ulva - the one here off Mull and the other there way out in the Pacific at the the southern end of New Zealand's South Island as an off island of Stewart Island.
