New Car

What a great weekend of sport! And a great excuse to slonk on the sofa for much of the the time.

This morning Archie chewed up the spec of the car we had been drooling over all weekend, but which is now NOT being considered. He must have known!

We popped to the VW dealership just for a look... And lo and behold - there was a Very Good Deal on! Though it's not the 'luxury' car JR had been dreaming about, it has every gadget you could think of thrown in. Including front and rear parking sensors. And Bluetooth (whatever that is...). We were sorely tempted by the new Beetle!

Rufus and his mum are coming for G&Ts this afternoon (none for Rufus) then we are taking Archie and Bailey up the hill later. JR will just have one very weak G&T!

We'll find out on Friday if Archie continues to be carsick in this one. Fingers crossed!
