East end of Ullswater.

Due to my having a meeting this evening I was picking Clickychick up  from the studio so that we could pick up a colleague.   She would drop us off for  the meeting continuing on to a friends, returning to pick us up after the meeting.

Knowing I would have little time for photography I took a detour on the way to the studio.  I ended up on a road I haven't been on for about 15 years.  Not since I was teaching Outdoor Education.

While on this single track road (how did I every dare to take a minibus down there) I noticed a view of the lake which I don't normally see.  So this the shot complete with Ullswater "steamer".  Pooley Bridge is just out of shot to the right.
