New Moon

Today I have not coped at all. In tears several times and feeling really low. Being at work was hard, was asked several times if I wanted to go home, but I can't do that , I can't be off work again.

I came home (missing the fitness training, just not up for it tonight) and fancied being in a quiet place but not at home. So, the harbour it was, standing watching the sky change.

Got my car back today , the mechanic drove my car back to mine and put the keys through the letterbox. That's service for you.

Now I'm away to take a diazepam, hopefully it will knock me out to end this hard day.
