Evening

Had to sort out the car insurance this morning, the quote they sent was way too high. Apparently they'd forgotten the no-claims!
Run this evening was along the beach, 5k in each direction, which is a mixture of soft, firm and ripply sand, jumping over groynes, a few pebbly bits and a stream to ford (there is a dry way round but when there are pools of water to go through anyway. why bother).
We ran back toward the sunset and I just got back in time, see the extra.
