A much overlooked masterpiece

Dating back to 1993. The entire family is represented in this picture, Diana being the main subject of course as it was her birthday present when she was expecting Rosina. The characters:

~ Me on the sofa with a baby on my lap. I had this reputation for cradling the babies in my lap and just getting on with my own thing
~ Matthew and Luke fighting behind the sofa
~ Rachel passing the window. She was into her horse riding back then

and of course, there are lots of little personal touches in the general background, e.g. the family portrait on the wall, the checklist of childrens names (note the biblical references but the absence of Rosina), the NCT paraphernalia, the dogs bone/toys etc.

I so admire anyone who can do this sort of thing. Makes what we do with a camera loo like a doddle really.

Jack's birthday today. Dinner round Sue's house. Still not feeling 100%. Might not eat much but at least I will remember not to drink if I don't eat after Sunday's experience.
