And the bruising from my encounter with a bush is still very evident. Bruises on my chest as well but I figured no one wanted to see them :-)

Ate a little bit of dinner last night but not much. Foolishly I drank a couple of glasses of wine and a couple of whisky's and paid the price with chronic heartburn at about 00:30 this morning. 

4 day week for the next 3 weeks in a row. How fantastic is that.
