Grassington

Following a bit of a lie in and a few chores, I headed off to Grassington for a walk and a catch up with Sarah.  It was a really lovely afternoon.

My shoulders are playing up tonight after being a bit awkward on Friday.  Rich is back to kill off the knots again with his bony elbows.  I think I might be in need of more needle treatment but I have lasted a while this time.  

Gone off food.  Headache.  But still in good spirits!
