A slice of Lesley's life

Plaza de la Constitucion

The town hall is the building on the right and to the left, in the corner, just under that tree is where we had a very splendid late lunch. Only marred by being a party of three not four but enjoyable nevertheless.

J had an up and down day and wasn't up to a great deal but in many ways was improved on the last few days.

In other news I finished my book, The Lost Art of Keeping Secrets by Eva Rice which was both a lot of fun and interesting as I'm not sure I have read many books set in the fifties before. The only other one I can think of is Julian Fellows' Snobs.

And in the most exciting news of the day we have booked a ridiculous holiday for next February half-term. It currently seems unimaginable we will make it so have booked everything in a refundable way but if we do it promises to be fabulousness on a stick.
