There's always chocolate

Today has mainly been sponsored by our favourite Spanish biscuits which, it is widely agreed*, are the perfect ratio of biscuit to yummy chocolatey middle.

I feel like such a bore and really would understand if you skip on over to some far more interesting blip....J has taken a big turn for the worse today and the most we have got from him is 5minutes in the pool before he literally collapsed in a heap. We have no idea what to do but try and support him and feed him and love him and hope it will all be over soon.
