Gala Weekend..

Missed out on yesterday's blip. To busy setting up for the Gala weekend. Moving Bars, moving tables, moving drinks, just moving..

There were three classes for the fancy dress competition, pre school, infants, and seniors. These are the seniors..

A good night for the opening of the Scourie Gala weekend. I walked down at 5:20 to light the BBQ, and it poured down at 5:23. I was drenched. Sheltered under Dado's wall, but still got very wet. Had another shower later, but had the BBQ lit, and the Foodlink stall moved to a sheltering position. Sold 100 burgers and 30 hotdogs, and could have sold more. First time I've done a BBQ, but it was good fun! (I think)..

Fancy dress football after (sorry no pics, too busy with the BBQ). The Nuns were beaten in the final by the 118's I've got your number..

Made over £500 on the night, so all's good. Main day tomorrow..
