So very English

Summer.  Wildflowers.  Showers.  And the third Ashes test not far away in Edgbaston.

I went back to Hanbury Hall to see the wildflowers in Kyte's Orchard in full bloom. I chose this photo because it seems to have that quintessentially English feeling - gentle, rather oldfashioned.....

My extra photos show what happened when it rained. School holidays of course, and the kids were determined not to let it interrupt their tractor racing in the stable yard :-)
