Greenfingers

I can take NO credit for the beauty of this dahlia. It stood, tempting me, on the reduced table at Hanbury Hall yesterday.

I've decided to feature this luscious red bloom today as, with my track record of growing stuff, it may not continue in this pristine state.

We've had some sunshine today - but it still doesn't entirely feel like July.  Well, it will be August before we know it - and my next hair appointment, that I made today, is September !!!!!  Wherever did the year go ?
