the keeping of things

Despite not finding my soldering iron at any point during a prolonged hunt through both our major cupboards I did at least find some consolatory Things of Usefulness and discovered a good couple of boxes of crap which I can no longer even pretend to consider even vaguely potentially useful. Don't know quite how they survived the most recent box-sweep. They'll have to wait until after the weekend to be freed and my soldering iron might have to delay being discovered in the only other three places in which it might be until Wednesday evening as there is a doorframe to be painted and some election coverage to be fretted over on Tuesday.
