Kirsty

We had a night out with the gang from one of my practices tonight, to say farewell to Kirsty who has finished today for maternity leave. Her baby is due in 5 weeks time :-)

Kirsty is the Practice Manager and has been an absolute star since I started work there; she really fought my corner when HR were being a pain about my blood tests and start date. She's always been happy to help out with any issues I've had and we've always had something to natter about.
I'll miss calling into her office for a catch up.

It was good to see so many people there, outside of the work environment several of whom didn't recognise me without my hair tied back and scrubs on! and that's a nice testament to Kirsty that she's so well thought of.

We went for a meal to a local Italian restaurant that's been on my 'to visit' list for forever; they've only been open for 34 years!

The food was really good, we will definitely go there again, but I'm guessing it will be much quieter next time!
