Long weekend

Annoyingly I can't get on the interweb with my PC today so can't post a picture of our fab blipmeet at Waddesdon today, which is a real shame as there are some interesting ones.

Having booked a day off, I made the most of a perfect summer's day and had the most marvellous morning in the company of Radiogirl and JohnH1989. The sun shone and it was about 27C as we wandered the gardens and aviary and the toured the house taking photos and getting to know one another a little better. I was particularly surprised to see a huge Henry Moore sculpture in the garden. The house was a treasure trove of very old and very valuable things. So many things! We had a super lunch afterwards al fresco at a local pub. It felt like being in a foreign country. Thank you, you two for a great morning xxxx

I did a quick shop on the way home, then watched some tennis (part of Andy Murray losing the semi final to Roger Federer) and listened to the cricket. Wow England are on top in the first Ashes test in Cardiff...who knew!

I dragged myself to training and had a good session with two others. I also had a weigh in and lost 2.7lbs this week after 6 PT sessions and some better eating choices. Hurrah! Here I am after my session in all my exhausted, sweaty glory!

I've had a relaxed evening with Lottie dog as the others are all in London seeing Ed Sheeran.
