Tiny Crumbs - Proud to be a Brummie
This is all that remained of the deli board I had for lunch today. There wasn't much more left of SHH's Chicken and Chorizo pie either! We had taken ourselves off into the city because I wanted to look at a particular shop which has a little dogpawprint logo which I am particularly fond of and they have a good range of lightweight waterproof jackets which are sort of superior kagoules ideal for shoving in a bag when doing lots of steps in dodgy weather... I might blip it for you one day! It's lovely and purple and it's a much smaller size than I've worn for years! YAY!
Anyway, we decided that as it was lunch time we would do a bit of research into possible lunch venues for 13 August when we are hosting the Birmingham Blipmeet. We will need to sample a few places over the next few weeks all in the cause of making sure fellow blippers can get a decent lunch (See activities page if you would like more information)
Today we went to an interesting little place - The Botanist - the decor was really interesting and their hanging kebabs looked very tasty. The extra shot is of the interior of the establishment. As you can see from the blip, the food went down very well - my deli board was poached salmon, four bean salad, dried tomatoes and roast peppers with some flatbread.
Home now and have just got a bit wet going out on the bikes. It doesn't seem to be raining at Wimbledon.
