Birds

We were up bright and early - well, early, anyway - in order to do our second bird-counting walk this year. As usual, there were lots of assorted gulls and pigeons and a couple of wee birds we couldn't identify, being fairly ignorant. The highlight was probably seeing a fox running along the top of a wall being harassed by a crow.

When we got back to Leith we wondered if any of the brave moonwalking ladies would still be trudging along Bernard Street. There was nothing to be seen save for the discarded plastic ponchos, energy drink cans and orange peel.
