THE HUMBLE BUMBLER...

...bumbling away with energy & enthusiasm...

Heard a thing on the Beeb yesterday(?) proposing the theory that one of the reasons for bee populations failing is due to the proliferation of mobile phone towers. The theory is that the emanations from these contraptions disorientate the humble bee who navigates thanks to the earth's magnetism & mobile phone towers confuse the bees' navigation.

I wonder if this is good science - or just good old-fashioned scare-mongering?
