 Comfort food  for the uncomfortable. Something to calm the collywobbles induced by the total incompetence of our ghastly politicians.

I made this using the Einkorn flour which I bought in that wonderful shop - Shearer's of Kirkwall - my Orkney grannie would be proud so would my Welsh one, probably!

Now I'm going to watch Belgium v. Hungary in the UEFA €uro...
