My friend.

Went to a fundraising day for a local charity today at Lincoln Cathedral. We sat in the secret garden and had a glass of champagne and canapés! The sun shone and it was warm. Could have blipped the majestic cathedral, the crazy vaulting, the mediaeval 'selfie' of a master woodcarver, the cloisters, the Lincoln imp, the library etc  etc but I have chosen to blip my good friend!
But I couldn't not blip a bit of wildlife so the extra photos are from my wildflower patch this morning before we left for Lincoln. A snail and hover fly trying to hide and a speckled wood looking at me!
