Blue skies and washing lines

can't believe how fast my week off has gone. now the weekend, and still plenty to do at 49. booked olympic tickets for the football last night. taking Greg and Prince to watch two matches at Coventry, Japan v Honduras and Senegal v UAE - excited, and at least i can say i went to the Olympics (£20 a ticket too - bargain!).

the sky was blue early doors, and full of promise for a nice summers day. so washing done (mainly painting clothes, and spotty pj's!) however, black cloud later and a little rain, but better than previous days. reports on news of caravan parks flooding and people being evactuated in Aberystwyth - what the hell is happening with the weather, we had better days in Feb/March!

checked in at 49 at 8am for a long painting shift today. am pleased with what i've done this week, and now mums completion date has been put back to July 31st, i may relax and take a day off tomorrow as feeling a bit whacked! painting the bathroom today has been a challenge, especially with the shower being in place!

finished at 5.30pm and was marvin, so curry, red wine and now relax time watching F1 Qualifying in Canada - please Mr Button, can we have a better weekend!!
