Salt
Some time ago I read in a Sunday tabloid about a company on the isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebridies which was producing Sea Salt. I was interested in this as I like to support Scottish (and British) industries when I can, although these are few and far between nowadays.
Anyhow, I looked in various outlets for this produce and had no luck. I was surprised therefore on my weekly shopping trip to discover that my local butcher had taken a supply of this, and prompty bought it.
It is quite a bit more expensive than others, but I think well worth the money.
Not a particularly nice day weatherwise, a bit of rain, not much sun,. and quite cold.
