Sailing.......

Today the Third Wednesday Girls had a real treat...... a luxury cruise...... ok, it was only a canal boat on the Forth and Clyde Canal, but it felt like a luxuy cruise..... we had sparkling wine and nibbles as we cruised along, saw lots of lovely things, lots of plants, swans, ducks and herons.

The weather was fantastic, sunny and 24C in the afternoon. After our cruise we walked along the canal to Maryhill, and took the bus into Glasgow and thence homeward.

We had a fabulous time, the three men manning the boat didn't know what hit them!!!! But they liked it!!!!
