My Meconopsis Blue #2

The flower emerged from the bud overnight, and so far has survived the 50 mph winds and torrential rain.  A bit droopy at the moment, I hope the sun will shine tomorrow, and it might lift a little.  These Himalayan Blue poppies are so beautiful.  

Thank you so much for the response to yesterday's bud shot of this flower. I haven't had so many hearts in quite a long time.
